Performance

Plan and deliver

Turn strategy into clear, trackable action.

Shape objectives, measurable key results, 90-day priorities, owners and next actions.

The Execution Workspace keeps each agreed plan in its cycle, connected to the coaching session and review rhythm that move it forward.

The challenge

A strategy needs a path into day-to-day work.

A clear goal is only the start.

Managers still need to turn it into measurable results, agree who owns the next steps and return to progress over time.

When plans and conversations are hard to reconnect, it’s easy to lose the reasoning and commitments behind the work.

Performance is designed around planning and follow-through via coaching—not conventional KPI dashboard reporting.

A practical approach

Shape the plan, then keep it moving

01

Set the objective

Work with Invested Leaders to define the objective and measurable key results. Build OKRs or a 90-day plan. Earlier plans stay saved in their own cycle.

02

Agree the actions

Set 90-day priorities, owners, next steps and a rhythm for reviewing progress.

03

Return to the conversation

See active and completed Performance sessions with upcoming and past follow-ups. Resume an active session, search the history or reopen the conversation behind a plan.

What becomes possible

Execution is connected to the coaching behind it.

01

Strategy is actionable

Broad goals are turned into measurable results, ownership and next steps.

02

Plans and progress are kept together

Find commitments and follow-ups without piecing them together from separate conversations.

03

Continuity is maintained

You can revisit earlier plans and the coaching session behind an agreement.

04

Coaching is connected to execution

Bring forward relevant observations from 1:1, Leadership Development and Strategic Planning sessions, with their supporting context and source session visible.

Questions

FAQ

Is the Execution Workspace a KPI reporting dashboard?

No. It is designed to help managers plan and follow through on agreed action through coaching sessions, rather than report on KPIs.

Does it score people or infer performance judgments?

No. Cross-session observations appear only when the original conversation explicitly connects them to work or execution. Each includes context and a link to its source session.

Will a new plan replace an earlier one?

No. Plans are saved in their relevant cycle—current-year OKRs, next-year OKRs or 90-day plans—so earlier plans remain available.

A next step

Keep the next step connected to the goal

Bring a priority into a Performance coaching session. Shape the objective, agree on measurable results and ownership, then return to the plan and its follow-ups as the work progresses.
